To whom it may concern,
I initially approached Vendo Property on a recommendation but did not proceed to a sale pending a need to firstly clear the property of its contents. During this time I maintained contact with the office in the expectation that I would ultimately sell through this agency.
After seeing off several unsolicited tyre-kickers whose credibility matched their unrealistic offers, I returned to Vendo Property and engaged the services of Dean Venables .
Upon agreeing on a selling price, listing arrangements were made on a Wednesday then the property was advertised and open for inspection the next Saturday a deposit was taken the following Monday.

Great communication and local area knowledge!
Dean has excellent communication skills and an in depth knowledge of the Hills area and surrounds for property values. In all our dealings with Dean he came across as very professional and truly looking after our best interests.
